In some places, for example in the workplace restaurants, you can have lunch for free, provided you don't exceed monthly limits on food costs. Cash Haven is a simple program designed for this type of business, since the virtual cash register allows you to assign quotas to different customers, and password-protect your accounts.
Once the user has entered their username and password, you can deduct the price of any food or object with a cost from their share of the total, and Cash Haven shall reduce the total balance.
All transactions are recorded in Cash Haven in detailed files, in order to detect any small error in billing.
